L’idée sucrée is a young and dynamic business, born from passion and the willing to share the "savoir-faire" of two chefs who have worked for 16 years for the biggest French establishments (Fauchon Paris and Sébastien Gaudard), as well as culinary teachers at Le Cordon Bleu Paris Institute, considered to be #1 of culinary arts schools through the world.

This acquired experience guarantees a transmission of knowledge of high quality and transparency regarding the progression and the making of the recipes.

Our offer includes performances that are adapted to all levels, and can be given in French and English.

🌱 We take an Eco-friendly position and participate to sustainable development: the workshop does not use disposable plastic. Our packaging is reusable, we recycle our wastes, we promote a short circuit by selecting regional farmers and we follow the seasons.

We also propose gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free or low-sugar workshops (when possible).
